  • Establishes the right to vote for every citizen 18 or older with automatic registration
  • Guarantees a free government voting credential, with no voter turned away for lacking one
  • Restores voting rights automatically upon release from incarceration
  • Guarantees early voting, capped wait times, and no-excuse absentee ballots
  • Makes Election Day a national holiday with paid time off to vote
  • Replaces winner-take-all elections with ranked-choice voting, requiring a majority to win
  • Instead of electing one House representative, seats are divided proportionally based on vote amount

  • Guarantees the right to form new political parties
  • Requires political parties to let their own members help choose party leaders and candidates
  • Requires political parties to publicly report their money, where it comes from and how it's spent
  • Allows any eligible citizen to get on the federal ballot by signature, capped at 1% of the prior election's vote or 10,000 signatures, whichever is smaller
  • Caps the filing fee to run for federal office at $100
  • Requires the same ballot access rules for everyone, party or no party
  • Bars any party from the ballot or public funding if it seeks to end elections, install one-party rule, overthrow the Constitution by force, or deny equal rights based on race, ethnicity, religion, sex, or national origin

Campaign Finance

  • The Constitution's political rights belong to real people only, not corporations, unions, or other organizations
  • Ends Citizens United, corporate money is no longer treated as free speech, so Congress and states can limit election spending
  • Bars corporations, labor unions, and other legal entities from giving or spending any money to influence federal elections
  • Caps individual giving at $500 per candidate and $1,000 total per year, given directly to the candidate or party
  • Requires Congress to set a hard spending limit per federal office, including a candidate's own personal funds
  • Requires equal public funding for all qualifying candidates, with no advantage for prior fundraising, incumbency, or party
  • Requires all election spending to be made public within 48 hours, including the names of anyone owning 5% or more of a donating organization
  • Bars foreign citizens and foreign governments from giving or spending any money to influence U.S. elections

Candidate Qualifications

  • Bars anyone convicted of treason, bribery, election fraud, abuse of public office, first-degree murder, or sexual offenses from federal office, permanently
  • Bars anyone with another felony conviction from federal office for 10 years, or a fraud/dishonesty misdemeanor for 5 years, unless a court finds rehabilitation
  • Requires sitting officials convicted of a disqualifying offense to be removed from office
  • Requires presidential and VP candidates to disclose 10 years of financial assets; 5 years for Senate and House candidates
  • Bars members of Congress from voting on matters where they or their family have a direct financial stake
  • Requires the President and VP to divest conflicting financial interests or place them in a blind trust
  • Bars federal officeholders from using their office for personal financial gain
  • Bars former Presidents, VPs, agency heads, and members of Congress from lobbying their own branch of government for 5 years, and senior officials from lobbying their own former agency for 3 years
  • Blocks Congress from changing election rules to benefit members already in office until after the next election
  • Blocks Congress from extending its own current term in office
  • Bars anyone 70 or older from filing to run for President or VP, though a winner may finish their term if they turn 70 while serving

Judicial Composition & Authority

  • Creates a new Constitutional Court of 11 justices, separate from the Supreme Court, to handle constitutional questions
  • Keeps the Supreme Court at 9 justices, now handling statutory, regulatory, and other federal law instead of constitutional questions
  • Limits justices on either court to a single 18-year term, with no return to either court afterward
  • Sets mandatory retirement at age 75
  • Requires every decision, including a refusal to hear a case, to include a written explanation
  • Gives the Constitutional Court final say on individual rights claims, the structure and powers of government, and the constitutionality of federal laws and executive actions
  • Requires the Constitutional Court to hear certain cases automatically, with no discretion to decline, including any law a lower court struck down as unconstitutional
  • Allows Congress to restore a law the Constitutional Court struck down, by two-thirds vote of both chambers, within one year
  • Protects precedent over 10 years old from being overturned except by a three-fourths vote of that court's justices

Judicial Qualifications & Selection

  • Creates a Judicial Selection Commission of 9 members, retired judges, attorneys, and citizens who have never practiced law or served as a judge, to nominate federal judges
  • Bars current elected officials, lobbyists, and close relatives of Congress members or senior officials from serving on the Commission
  • Requires Commission members to publicly disclose their finances, political donations, and family ties to government
  • Requires the Commission to nominate 3 candidates per vacancy, with the Senate confirming a nominee within 30 days unless a Senator formally objects
  • Requires a two-thirds Senate vote to reject a nominee; if the Senate misses its 30-day window, the nominee is automatically confirmed
  • Bars anyone with a history of formal judicial or bar discipline from serving as a judge at any level, including district courts
  • Requires every judicial nominee to publicly disclose 10 years of tax returns, assets, income, business positions, and political donations
  • Bars district court judges from serving in a state where they practiced law, lived, or owned property in the last 10 years
  • Bars circuit court judges from serving in a circuit containing such a state

Judicial Transparency & Accountability

  • Creates a Judicial Conduct Commission of 9 members, Inspectors General, retired judges, state justices, and citizens who have never practiced law, with power to investigate and discipline any federal judge
  • Bars current elected officials, lobbyists, and close relatives of Congress members or senior officials from serving on the Commission
  • Allows anyone with direct knowledge of judicial misconduct to file a written, evidence-backed complaint within one year of the incident
  • Protects a judge's name from public disclosure unless the Commission opens a formal investigation
  • Creates a free, public, searchable database of judicial complaints by judge, court, category, and outcome, with full details released once discipline is imposed
  • Covers misconduct categories including bias, ethics violations, discrimination, abuse of discretion, and undue delay, separate from whether a ruling itself was legally correct
  • Allows discipline ranging from public reprimand and fines to suspension, mandatory training, criminal referral, or removal from office
  • Requires a vote of at least 6 Commission members to remove a judge, with permanent disqualification from federal judicial office afterward
  • Requires the Commission to publish an annual public report on complaints, discipline, and resolution times across all federal courts

Access to Justice

  • Makes attorney misconduct complaints public, from filing through outcome, in a free national database searchable by attorney name and state
  • Creates a free national case law database with all federal court decisions, state court decisions, dockets, rules, and forms
  • Eliminates federal court filing fees and costs for individuals, while corporations and other entities still pay
  • Bars dismissal of an individual's case for failure to pay fees
  • Requires a losing corporate defendant to cover the fees an individual plaintiff would have owed, if the individual wins
  • Makes federal court rules uniform nationwide, voiding all local court rules
  • Bars dismissal of a self-represented person's claim before they've had a chance to gather evidence, and requires the court to explain what's missing and allow at least one chance to fix it
  • Guarantees self-represented parties the same access to filing systems, records, and clerk assistance as people with lawyers
  • Bars any rule requiring a licensed attorney to file, appear, or participate in a case
  • Requires multiple paths into the legal profession, including a supervised apprenticeship route, not just a law degree
  • Allows non-lawyers to give legal information, explain options, and help prepare documents without being prosecuted for unauthorized practice of law
  • Keeps courtroom representation and the title "attorney" reserved to licensed lawyers, who remain bound by their professional duties

Liability & Immunity

  • Removes criminal immunity for any federal officeholder, including the President
  • Preserves only the existing speech-or-debate protection for Congress members
  • Abolishes qualified, prosecutorial, and judicial immunity from civil suits over violations of constitutional rights, for officials at every level of government
  • Allows a good-faith defense to civil liability, but only if a jury finds it, not a judge on early dismissal, and it doesn't apply if the conduct was malicious or intentional
  • Gives any person harmed by a rights violation under state authority the right to sue, with no immunity defense available and no state sovereign immunity shield
  • Bars the President from pardoning themselves, a prior administration's offenses connected to that administration, or anyone acting to benefit the President
  • Bars pardons for insurrection, treason, espionage, contempt of Congress or federal court, genocide, war crimes, or torture
  • Bars pardons before formal charges or a conviction, and in the final 30 days of a term
  • Requires Supreme Court review before a pardon takes effect for violent deaths, criminal enterprise leadership, or pardons to the President's family, staff, or campaign employees, with a corrupt-purpose pardon ruled void
  • Requires the President to publish a written reason for every pardon within 48 hours

Accountability & Enforcement

  • Bars the President, VP, and Senate-confirmed officials from bringing or settling civil claims against the federal government while in office, with pending claims paused until they leave
  • Requires Constitutional Court approval before any settlement involving the President or VP
  • Creates a public system for constituent complaints about government misconduct, with all communications public record and response rates published quarterly
  • Automatically suspends pay and authority for officials who miss legal deadlines, transferring duties to a deputy until they comply
  • Automatically releases overdue public records, unredacted, the moment a disclosure deadline is missed
  • Requires immediate detention of any official who orders or carries out defiance of a court order affecting someone's life, liberty, or legal status, with criminal liability attaching automatically
  • Moves presidential power to the VP if the President is detained under this provision
  • Moves the U.S. Marshals Service out of executive control and under the judiciary, to enforce court orders independent of the President
  • Bars any pardon or immunity from blocking enforcement of this amendment

Immigration & Asylum Standards

  • Bars deportation or exile of any U.S. citizen, born or naturalized
  • Requires a full criminal trial to denaturalize anyone, banning administrative denaturalization
  • Locks in birthright citizenship under the 14th Amendment, regardless of a parent's immigration status
  • Creates an independent Immigration Court, separate from the Justice Department, with judges serving fixed 10-year terms the executive branch cannot override
  • Guarantees a hearing, evidence, an interpreter, and judicial review before any removal order is carried out
  • Bars removal based on secret or classified evidence the person can't see or challenge
  • Bars removal while an appeal or habeas petition is still pending
  • Bars deportation to any country where a person would face torture, persecution, or a real risk of death, with no exception for national security or criminal history, and the government bears the burden of proving the destination is safe
  • Sets immigration detention to the same constitutional standards as criminal detention, capped at 90 days without an individualized hearing showing flight risk or danger, repeated every 90 days
  • Sets minimum detention conditions, food, medical care, legal access, and protection from abuse, with independent quarterly inspections made public
  • Bans private, for-profit immigration detention entirely, including any contract that pays by the bed or head count
  • Bans detaining children in immigration facilities, placing unaccompanied minors with child welfare agencies instead
  • Bars family separation as an enforcement tactic, allowing it only on the same safety standard used in domestic child welfare cases
  • Requires a judicial finding on a U.S. citizen child's rights before a parent can be removed
  • Requires monthly public reporting on detentions, deportations, deaths in custody, family separations, and enforcement spending, with no national security exemption
  • Guarantees the right to apply for asylum and have it fully heard
  • Expands the legal definition of refugee to include people fleeing generalized violence and human rights collapse, not only individual persecution
  • Requires the U.S. to keep asylum pathways open to people displaced by conditions tied to documented U.S. government actions abroad
  • Bars denying asylum access based on country of origin, method of entry, or failure to seek protection elsewhere first
  • Bars detaining asylum seekers by default, allowing them to work and access public services while their case is pending

Media Independence & Regulation

  • Makes federal communications regulators (like the FCC) independent of presidential direction, on enforcement, licensing, and regulatory decisions
  • Requires regulatory commissions to be politically balanced, no more than 3 commissioners from one party, at least 1 unaffiliated, serving staggered 10-year terms, removable only for cause
  • Lets the commission, not its chair, control its own agenda, enforcement priorities, and staffing by majority vote
  • Bars the President from directing, threatening, or retaliating against regulators over their decisions
  • Bars the President, VP, members of Congress, and their immediate family from owning any stake in a broadcast network, news organization, or communications platform
  • Requires existing conflicting media holdings to be divested within 180 days of taking office
  • Bars officeholders from brokering or benefiting from a media acquisition by anyone they have a financial or family tie to
  • Makes these violations grounds for impeachment and criminal prosecution after leaving office
  • Bars federal agencies from threatening or pulling a license, permit, or funding over a media outlet's political content or viewpoint
  • Bars federal officials from threatening regulatory action to punish or chill protected speech
  • Bars news outlets from knowingly or recklessly reporting false information about elections, public health emergencies, or government actions as fact, enforceable only by citizen lawsuit in court, not by any federal commission or official, and not applying to opinion content
  • Bars any single entity from holding a dominant share of news distribution in a market or nationally
  • Bars broadcast license holders from forcing identical scripts or content across independently licensed stations
  • Requires Congress to fund an independent, nonpartisan public media system, with funding that can't be cut as retaliation for editorial independence, and editorial decisions kept independent of Congress and the President
  • Requires Congress to protect against anticompetitive media practices, judging harm by loss of information diversity and democratic participation, not just consumer price
